Joyce leads the Thomson Reuters enterprise and CTO efforts on emerging technology strategy, partnerships, and investments globally.  Before joining Thomson Reuters, Joyce was the founding member and CFO of Bluemix cloud platform at IBM. She also spent several years working in technology mergers and acquisitions. Joyce holds bachelor’s degrees in Statistics and Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
